We are currently in search of a highly organized and self-driven Office Manager to streamline our administrative procedures and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Medley. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and multitasking skills, including administrative experience, in-depth understanding of office management processes, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize office operations and procedures, from procurement to record maintenance and database upkeep.

  • Proven experience as an office manager, secretary, or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Word and Excel, as well as basic understanding of accounting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions when necessary.
