Job Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This candidate will support day-to-day operations to ensure projects and daily tasks are completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, and correspondence.

Manage and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical, interpersonal, listening & communication skills (Written & Oral)

Energetic, aggressive team player but able to work independently as required.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively with attention to detail and accuracy in work

Education & Experience:

Some college preferred or equivalent experience.

Background in analytics required.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
