We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary role will be to support our team by handling inbound calls, providing customer service, and managing data entry.

This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers
  • Enter and update customer data accurately and efficiently
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to generate reports, create presentations, and manage schedules
  • Assist with both inbound and outbound calls as needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
  • Proactively identify ways to improve processes and efficiencies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Proficient in data entry tasks
  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively
  • Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as required
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
