Business Systems Analyst

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in La Jolla, California. In this role, you will be working within a team, focusing mainly on optimizing our systems and processes using various tools and strategies, such as Google Analytics and A/B Testing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify conversion issues and opportunities, and develop problem statements.
• Collaborate with various teams and vendors to optimize our ads and conversion paths.
• Create potential solutions to identified problems and develop hypotheses for testing.
• Lead the test strategy for your assigned tasks, ensuring all details are documented and tests are prioritized.
• Work closely with other teams such as creative, development, and analytics in test creation and setup.
• Launch tests and monitor their functionality, resolving any issues discovered during the testing process.
• Use tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, and heatmaps to monitor tests, catch issues and verify that the test is running successfully.
• Document test results in a presentation-format and share insights with the team and other stakeholders as required.
• Utilize your skills in Business Systems, CRM, Database, AB Testing, Data Analysis, Customer Segmentation Strategy, Customer Experience Strategy, Optimizely, and Google Analytics to perform your duties effectively. • Proficiency in business systems analysis
• Demonstrable experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of database management
• Familiarity with AB Testing procedures
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience in developing and implementing customer segmentation strategies
• Proven track record in customer experience strategy development
• Proficiency in using Optimizely software
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex data into understandable business insights
• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
