We are providing an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Centennial, Colorado. The role is part of a dynamic team that deals with data entry and customer service in a diverse environment. The workplace offers a short term contract opportunity that involves extensive research and communication with various community facilities in Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research on rural and community facilities in the state of Colorado
• Engage in phone conversations with facility representatives to collect necessary information about services they provide
• Utilize a script to ensure all required data is collected during phone calls
• Categorize different types of facilities such as libraries, public health entities, employment agencies, homeless shelters, etc.
• Input and organize data collected into spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and correspond via email
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
• Skilled in managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills and efficiency in handling customer queries
• Experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of managing email correspondence effectively, responding to customer queries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
