Director of Accounting

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and tax compliance
• Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and data
• Prepare and analyze detailed monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Spearhead the budgeting, forecasting and planning process
• Coordinate activities and answer questions of internal and external audits
• Manage and mentor the accounting staff
• Ensure the company's financial compliance with state and federal regulations
• Implement improved strategies for financial systems, procedures, and internal controls

The ideal candidate will have Gross to Net and SAP experience.
