We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Oakland, California. This role primarily revolves around the operation of non-profit and community-based programs, with a focus on enhancing the effectiveness of operations.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage non-profit programs to ensure they run smoothly and effectively
- Handle internal event planning for community-based programs
- Maintain and manage budgets for various initiatives within the organization

- Use office suite tools to maintain accurate records and data

- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly
- Manage calendars and schedules for efficient time management.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience with Banner Ads is essential for promotional and marketing activities.
- Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is required for seamless virtual meetings and collaborations.
- Skilled in Concur for efficient travel and expense management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is crucial for maintaining customer relationships and managing data.
- Competence in About Time software for effective time and project management.
- Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understanding of Budget Processes is necessary for monitoring and managing departmental budgets.
- Expertise in Calendar Management is required for scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and management.
