Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Assisting in all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
Conducting site visits to monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any on-site issues
Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns
Assisting in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources
Supporting the Project Manager in negotiating contracts and change orders
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in construction management or a related role
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Procore & Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed
