Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of assigned funds.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the investment team to analyze fund performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for funds.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of investor reports and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fund accounting.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
