Vinyl Wrap Installer - Allen Park

We have 2 shifts - DAY SHIFT AND NIGHT SHIFT.

Duties also include preparing graphics for installation. A willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a desire to improve through training & feedback are essential for a candidate to demonstrate. This position is very physical demanding and the person must be able to perform the physical part as well

General description of duties includes:

• Installing adhesive vinyl on vehicles.
• Hands on installation experience with graphics and other various installs helpful
• Installation and removal, including prepping vehicles
• Cutting vinyl around areas of vehicles (windows, wheels, door handles, etc.)

Requirements:

• Must be able to handle the physical demanding job duties (a lot of walking, bending, lifting, twisting, up & down ladders, etc….)
• Must have 1 year of experience installing adhesive vinyl on vehicles.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexible Schedule, able to work overtime and weekends is a must
• Strong communication skills
• Must seek out and follow instructions
• Ability to problem solve and think critically on your feet
• Able to Utilize hand tools for installation

Preferred experience:

• Assisting with laminating, weeding, plotting, mounting and other aspects of graphic fabrication
• Assisting with print operations and fabrication within our print shop
• Experience with vinyl creation & application to all substrates (metal, plastic, wood, paper etc)
• Experience operating a large format printer, including Flexi Soft software, and a vinyl plotter
