Overview:

About the Role

The perfect candidate will possess experience in architecting and deploying technical solutions across our global networking stack, Audio/Video conferencing systems, cloud infrastructure, and user endpoints.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Develop and implement internal infrastructure solutions.
  • Recommend and execute enhancements to IT infrastructure systems.
  • Exhibit expertise in troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical support across diverse platforms.
  • Oversee various IT projects to meet specified goals and timelines.
  • Provide onsite support for the San Francisco office.
  • Assess and decide on the adoption of new technologies for business advancement.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Qualificatons:

Basic Qualifications
  • Strong technical capabilities in Fortinet, Ruckus, and Ubiquiti networking hardware.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT Support or Administration experience, with an emphasis on Mac OS.
  • Proficient in MacOS and Google Workspace.
  • Collaborative mindset to assist peers and departments with technical issues.
  • Skilled in managing a global company's hardware and networking needs across North America.
  • Exceptional analytical aptitude for problem-solving in networking, hardware, and software environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Jamf Administration
  • Experience with AI solutions
  • Administrative knowledge of Ubuntu OS.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network equipment

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000.
