We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Front Desk Coordinator this role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and involves managing the front desk, coordinating with visitors, and performing administrative tasks.

What you get to do every single day:

  • Welcome residents and guests upon their arrival
  • Efficiently manage the check-in process for visitors
  • Handle incoming phone calls and document messages as required
  • Answer queries from residents and ensure they are forwarded to the General Manager when necessary
  • Execute clerical tasks to support office operations
  • Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role such as Front Desk Coordinator or Receptionist.
  • Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and visitor traffic.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment, including fax machines, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Experience with office management software like Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, specifically).
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in busy, high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a detail-oriented attitude and appearance.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
