Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception of mail and documents dropped off at the office.
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage correspondence via email, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform various tasks.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required.
  • Ensure reliable and consistent staffing of the office.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Prior experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Further education or certification in office management is a plus.
