Job Description- Oversee all stages of project development, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress regularly.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Will have led multiple projects at a time, working directly with clients.
- Interior construction experience on either high end commercial or residential spaces.
- Will be entrepreneurial, hands on, driven and passionate about working to the highest standards.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading projects, someone they can build around and move up the career ladder.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
