Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our busy healthcare practice. The primary responsibility of this role will be answering inbound calls and ensuring accurate routing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Accurately route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Work closely with referring providers to schedule appointments for patients.
- Follow established protocols for preparing charts and maintaining referral appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other areas of the practice as needed.

- Experience as a Receptionist, Customer Support, Front Office or similar role is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
