Job Duties:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
This valued team member:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Providing product information and guidance to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Provides quotes
- Processes orders from initial order entry until delivery which includes working with shipping and production.
Requirements:
Requirements include:
- Basic math skills, including ability to work with percentages and decimals required
- Experience working on a computer, SAP preferred
- Prior customer service experience helpful
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Well organized, attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to follow instructions, fast learner and capable of multi-tasking
- Data entry experience
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
