$27-34/hr pay rate

Facility technicians will provide support in the operation, maintenance, upkeep, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of facilitiesDuties and responsibilities:-Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RO system, chiller system, pump system, compressed air system, and exhaust gas treatment system-Operate the BMS system and adjust the facilities according to the BMS system-Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of facility system-Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to develop solutions for electrical problems and optimization of systems-Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to develop solutions for facility problems and optimization of systems-Adhere to safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working with facility equipment-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections-Stay updated on advancements in facility technology and industry best practices
