About Our Client

As a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a high-end, ground-up high-rise development. This reputable General Contractor works in the commercial and residential space and works on projects such as mix use, hospitality, and multifamily work throughout Broward and Palm Beach County.

• Lead all aspects of project management for a luxury high-rise construction, from pre-construction to final turnover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with ownership, architects, and engineers to ensure design intent and luxury standards are met.
• Proactively manage project risks, identifying and resolving potential challenges to maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, mentoring project staff and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience managing luxury high-rise construction projects for a reputable General Contractor.
• Proven track record of delivering high-end multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use high-rise developments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Deep understanding of structural systems, high-rise logistics, and high-end finishes.
• Local to West Palm Beach, FL with South Florida experience
