CNC Machinist

We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our team in Mooresville, North Carolina. This role involves operating CNC machinery and programming CNC equipment, primarily CNC lathes and mills, to fabricate parts. The CNC machinist will play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet precise specifications.

• Operate a variety of CNC machines including mills and lathes.
• Program CNC equipment using FANUC controls to produce parts as per specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of the machining process.
• Ensure all machined parts meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their longevity and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest machining technologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, CNC mills, and CNC lathe
• Experience with CNC programming is essential
• Knowledge of FANUC control systems is required
• Ability to interpret and execute designs from technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong understanding of machinery and mechanics
• Demonstrable experience with CNC equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
