Receptionist

Robert Half is currently seeking professional and motivated candidates for a two-week temporary Receptionist project. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering queries or referring them to appropriate persons.
• Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issue visitor badges.
• Manage the front office, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and manage appointments as necessary.
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information and taking messages when necessary.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation with an amiable persona.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
