Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the industry for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in LEWIS CENTER, Ohio. This role involves a blend of critical thinking, adaptability, collaboration, research skills, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and efficient customer credit processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.
- Monitor customer accounts for irregularities and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various accounting functions.
- Work collaboratively within the team, demonstrating adaptability in various tasks.
- Conduct research analysis to support accounts receivable operations.
- Generate financial reports to reflect the status of customer accounts.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
- Adapt easily to changes in processes or software systems. • Possess at least one year of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Demonstrated ability to perform Accounting Functions
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Experience with Billing Functions is a must
- Ability to conduct Research Analysis
- Skilled in Financial Reporting
- Easily adaptable to new technology and changes in processes
