Accountant - Entry Level - New York

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in New York, New York, United States. In this role, you will be working within the luxury brand industry, handling various accounting functions and utilizing different accounting software systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing and managing data effectively.
• Overseeing the charge back process to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting in the approval of invoices to maintain financial accuracy.
• Utilizing ERP Solutions and Dynamics NAV to improve accounting processes.
• Performing account analysis and reconciliation for accuracy and completeness.
• Handling accounting entries in accordance with industry standards.
• Using Adobe Acrobat for document management and data sharing.
• Ensuring accurate account coding to maintain financial integrity.
• Managing Accounts Payable (AP) to keep financial records up to date.
• Using various Accounting Software Systems for efficient accounting operations. • Proficiency in Account Coding is required
• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is necessary
• Ability to use Adobe Acrobat is preferred
• Knowledge of Dynamics NAV is beneficial
• Understanding and experience with ERP Solutions is desired
• Capability to perform Account Analysis effectively
• Experience with Accounting Entries is essential
• Proficiency in executing various Accounting Functions
• Skill in Account Reconciliation is important
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
