Help Desk Analyst II

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in the customer services industry, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing technical customer support, managing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as maintaining smooth operations of various systems.

1. 30 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve helpdesk inquiries through internal ticket system, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain Office 365 email access.
• Manage VPN and file permissions and access.
• Ensure smooth operations of LAN/WAN.
• Image and deploy Windows operating systems.
• Remotely reimage laptops.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
• Proficiency in MS Windows 10
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with ITIL processes would be advantageous
• Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
