Construction Field Office Coordinator

Construction Trades Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Field Service Coordinator with a passion for construction?

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing field service activities, coordinating with clients and field workers, and ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage field service activities for construction projects.
• Provide general support and perform on-site services as needed.
• Coordinate field workers and liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in organization meetings and oversee logistics.
• Purchase goods and materials and identify cost-reduction opportunities by negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
• Establish schedules and guidelines for field operations.
• Monitor the progress of all operations and inspect the stability of construction projects.
• Ensure the adequacy of staff and resources to support project development.
• Maintain and monitor tools and equipment, and request purchase orders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction field service coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
