Job Description- Provide project management assistance through completion of projects on time and under budget
- Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential
- Help create, review, negotiate, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information
- Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
- Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget
- Develop a thorough understanding of the details of the project
- Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant- At least 5 yearsr of heavy civil focused construction experience in a Project Management capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field recommended
- Team player with a positive and driven attitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Desire to further career as a Project Manager
- OSHA certificaton preferred
