Payroll Administrator

We are searching for a dedicated Payroll Administrator for our Banking sector based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The role involves handling the processing of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, as well as managing compliance and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the accurate processing of weekly payroll entries
- Administer all aspects of employee benefits and ensure data accuracy in reports
- Manage compliance monitoring and resolve any discrepancies efficiently
- Handle the filing of State and Federal Tax Reports and maintain year-end procedures
- Manage the Bank's compensation programs, make necessary revisions and assist with the performance appraisal process
- Handle all department invoices meticulously
- Use ADP Workforce Now and ADP - Payroll system for operational tasks
- Coordinate benefits and execute full cycle payroll for 101 - 500 employees
- Utilize your knowledge of Payroll Taxes, Compensation & Benefits, and Benefit Functions in daily tasks.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and ADP
- Payroll software.
- Experience with Full Cycle Payroll management.
- Capability to handle Payroll for 101 - 500 Employees.
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related legal regulations.
- Understanding of Compensation & Benefits policies in the banking industry.
- Excellent skills in Benefits Coordination.
- Familiarity with various Benefit Functions.
- Banking industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
