ERP Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced ERP Analyst who will be instrumental in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing ERP systems to streamline processes and achieve business objectives. If you are passionate about system integrations, data analysis, and improving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with ERP systems, including hands-on implementation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical systems, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure seamless alignment between our ERP system and our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or actively participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for ERP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Configure the ERP system to meet unique business requirements, resolve gaps, and enhance functionality without compromising system integrity.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for specific ERP modules, including [Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc. – adjust based on role specifics].
  • Oversee data migration, validation, and integrity during the implementation process and beyond.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions to team members, ensuring effective adoption of the ERP system. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular system updates, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and work with vendors to apply patches and fixes.
  • Use ERP reporting tools to create and maintain dashboards, generate ad hoc reports, and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, solicit feedback from users, and identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience in alignment with company goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on ERP experience, including two or more full-cycle implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as [SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, etc. – modify based on company requirements].
  • Knowledge of core business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, HR).
  • Experience with ERP system customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
