Job Description
The Superintendent will:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other construction professionals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage construction schedules and project progress.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Superintendent- 5-7+ years experience as an Construction Superintendent in the commercial space
- Healthcare or Education project experience preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
