The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Lead Teacher for the three-year-old classroom (early preschool) for our school at 300 Eagles Pointe Parkway. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!
Pay rate of $13-$19 per hour
The rate of pay for this position will be determined based on a combination of the following factors: the specific role, candidate’s relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications. For example, candidates with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range.Candidates with limited experience and education may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience may be paid towards the lower end of the scale.

Teacher Responsibilities:
- Implement our award-winning curriculum to meet each child's unique learning style.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
- Have fun and be a part of a supportive team.
- Lead Teacher: Minimum of a CDA required.
- Assistant Teacher: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
- Ability to undergo and pass a background check
