Overview
Pottstown Division, a division of the H&K Group, Inc. is looking for a Concrete Laborer for heavy civil and highway construction projects.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Takes directions well
- Reasonable knowledge of concrete materials, workability, finishing, finishing equipment and curing
- Reasonable knowledge of concrete paving formwork and doweling systems and assembly
- Influences and enforces company values. Recognizes misalignments with company values and culture and rectifies
- Performs all other duties of crew members as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and Experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to travel as required for projects
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- 2 years of relevant experience and/or training
- Experience operating heavy equipment used in highway construction
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
- Regularly required to

- Use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms
