Based in a mostly hybrid work environment, you'll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders in our Menlo Park office.
Your goal will be to ensure all project aspects adhere to our quality standards and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects.
- Define project scope, set goals, and establish deliverables.
- Develop detailed work plans, identifying and sequencing project activities.
- Manage and allocate project resources effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and resolve any potential project risks or issues.
- Oversee all project documentation.
- Conduct project review and updates meetings with stakeholders regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
- PMP certification is a major plus.
- Skilled at using project management software tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with proven strategic thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid skills in risk and change management.
