Responsibilities:
Reyes Fleet Management is hiring immediately for a full-time 1st shift Building Maintenance Technician B to help with industrial repairs and maintenance throughout the facility on site at our Manassas, VA location.
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st ShiftPay: $25.00 - $30.00/HR

Position Responsibilities:
- The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, skills including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and building and installing lighting and plumbing
- As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will maintain interior and exterior of property by painting, remodeling and repairing amenities
- You will monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications as well as keep areas clean and organized
- You will use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks while also operating forklifts and heavy equipment
- You will communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team about repairs and faulty operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience
- Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical School Certification
