• Acts as the initial contact for all visitors, providing exceptional customer service
• Manages a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the correct department or personnel
• Handles email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Enters data accurately, maintaining and updating customer and company records as needed
• Organizes files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and an efficient retrieval system
• Schedules appointments and meetings as per request, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
• Uses Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and manage communication
• Displays excellent interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems.
• Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Skilled in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization.

• Experience in organizing files, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
