Additional responsibilities:

• Carry out finance-related functions such as vendor invoice evaluations, voucher preparations, and data entries in Accounts Payable.
• Possess solid financial acumen and the capacity to reconcile financial data from diverse systems for contract accounts.
• Aid in preserving accounting and internal controls through the development and recommendation of policies and strategies.
• Participate in generating documents required for internal and external auditing purposes.
• Guarantee punctual, accurate exchanges of financial data with outside organizations and agencies.
• Offer assistance or orchestrate the documentation, archiving, and distribution of fiscal records.
• 2-4 years of experience with the day-to-day processing of Accounts Payables
• Concur experience a plus
