We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Healthcare/NHS industry in Warwick, RI, United States for a Desktop Support Analyst. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to our team, which includes but is not limited to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Utilizing Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware skills to resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Apple Devices and Backup Technologies.
- Managing and maintaining Active Directory for user and computer accounts.
- Configuring and managing Dell Technologies equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implementing Configuration Management strategies to maintain system consistency and reliability.
- Providing support for a variety of hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Assisting with system backups and recovery and maintaining data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on account activity.
- Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, and maintaining accurate customer credit records.
- Must have expertise in Android Development
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required
- Demonstrable experience with Citrix Technologies is necessary
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware is expected
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies is essential
- Proficiency in Active Directory is required
- Experience with Apple Devices is expected
- Must have knowledge of Backup Technologies
- Configuration Management skills are necessary
