Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for.
• Maintain accurate records for audits by documenting invoices, purchase orders, and approvals.
• Communicate with vendors to address queries or resolve payment issues promptly.
• Assist in month-end closing processes and generate AP-related reports as needed.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
