Requirements:

  • Holds a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
  • Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
  • A positive attitude and self-image with a commitment to innovation and creativity
  • Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
  • Must pass the state-required criminal background check
