Requirements:
- Holds a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
- Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
- A positive attitude and self-image with a commitment to innovation and creativity
- Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
- Must pass the state-required criminal background check

Your Role as an Assistant Teacher:

Your primary focus will be assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being.You'll also collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
