Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to team members and management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Support project coordination and assist with various tasks as required.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
