Robert Half - Finance / Business Analytics Manager

The role involves tracking inventory and billing data, auditing spreadsheets, and ensuring compliance with manufacturers reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze large datasets of billing and inventory information
• Perform detailed inventory analysis
• Audit and review Excel spreadsheets to ensure the accuracy of data before submitting reporting to the executive leadership team.
• Track and manage key data points, including multiple shipping locations, multiple vendors and multiple programs
• Oversee one business analyst responsible for day-to-day data operations.
• Collaborate with the CFO to update on daily project status, discrepancies, and potential issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in reporting and data management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, finance, or operational reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data consolidation.
• Experience with data management systems
• Previous experience in managing or leading teams and projects, with strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify discrepancies and anomalies in large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to audit and validate data before submission.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing processes, including retail and 340-B billing differentiation is desired
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
