Job Description:
The Information Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Institutional Retirement Interface & Transmission team, which manages payroll data integration file testing projects for institutional clients transitioning between payroll providers.These projects involve establishing transmissions for various retirement plans, including 401(k), Equity, Non-Qualified, Defined-Benefit, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Project Leads, who manage all aspects of client and vendor interactions.
- Assist with formatting layouts, conducting report comparisons, and performing other analytical tasks.
- Support the team in managing data integration file testing projects.
- Work with data related to retirement plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desired Skills:
- Prior knowledge of retirement plans.
- Strong understanding of recordkeeping practices, systems, file layouts, and structures.

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
