Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Problem Resolution: Provide effective solutions to customer issues, escalating cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively and offer appropriate recommendations.
• Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and provide updates to customers regarding order status.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
