As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for Configuration Management you will help create BOMs, refine processes, and grow the capabilities of current systems, driving continuous improvement to meet our needs as a developer of a world class cloud computing service provider.
You will be responsible for seamless, rapid and global implementation of components, BOMs, documents, and other product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements. This position will also serve to promote best practices and internal business processes with relation to change management and general PLM functions.

Key job responsibilities

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Create product BOMs and process change orders in a PLM systems.
  • Act as an advocate of Product Lifecycle Management best practices, methods, and processes.
  • Own a program, develop strategies, identify risk, success criteria, execute projects plans and provide communication to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand and analyze requirements, and subsequently develop functional designs, configuration, and technical specification documentation.
  • Drive timely part setup, BOM releases, BOM changes to support new product introduction (NPI) as well as sustaining the business.
  • Participate in continuous process improvements focused on systems, reporting, and data analysis efficiencies.

  • Experience managing a program, metrics, and driving cross-team projects, process improvements, and creating product bill of materials in a PLM application.- Knowledge of data center infrastructure products and a product configurator.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
