Our client opened their doors in 1963. Since then they have expanded into 23 different states. The majority of their work remains in the state of Ohio and surrounding states. Their staff consists of over 100 engineers, architects, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Trade personnel.

Job Description

Traveling Superintendent Duties:

• Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
• Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
• Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
• Maintain OSHA requirements
• Mentor less experienced construction professionals
• Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
• Utilize Procore
• Travel required

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Traveling Superintendent qualifications:

• Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience.
• Willingness to Travel 4 days a week
• Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
• Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
• Ability to create strong relationships with clients
