Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing Administrative Support for the Real Estate department
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Real Estate software to include data entry, database management and prepare information for critical data
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Preparation of documents for renewals, terminations, notices.
- Maintenance and organization of internal files.
- Assist in preparations of Subtenant monthly billings
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited school.
- 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience in an office or claims/legal environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via e-mail.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong word processing, filing, organizing and communications skills are necessary.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in an organized, accurate and efficient manner.
- Must be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team.
- Must be detail – oriented, resourceful, punctual, and reliable.
- The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor and team-spirit.
