Director of Project Management

Our client in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a Director of Project Management

Job Description:

• Lead and review all construction projects.
• Work with the Vice President of Construction to manage the Project Management department.
• Periodic check-ins with onsite superintendents
• Meet with clients to take orders and requirements
• Track project performance
• Lead weekly meetings for any ongoing and future projects.
• Create and run any necessary Project Management training.
• Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and third-party vendors.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Create and execute annual performance reviews
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
