Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Contract Human Resources Generalist who will be primarily responsible for supporting the HR Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Executing our HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Overseeing recruitment procedures, from advertising job vacancies to selecting suitable candidates.
3. Assisting in performance management and training of employees.
4. Coordinating the process of benefits administration and implementing employee relations programs.
5. Developing effective HR policies to ensure all employees have a clear understanding of what is expected of them.
6. Ensuring legal compliance by enforcing federal and state regulations.
7. Maintaining HR records, documenting procedures, and preparing reports as needed.
8. Facilitating communication among employees and management.
9. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field with a proven track record as an HR Generalist.
10. Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
11. High level of expertise in HR metrics, systems, and databases.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
14. Superior organizational and conflict management skills.

Working Conditions:

This full-time contract position is located in White Plains, NY. The usual working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
