Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with a strong background in software development lifecycle processes and advanced technical expertise to support a key project in 2025. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, Power Center upgrades, databases, and Unix systems.This role involves collaborating with development teams, participating in architecture and code reviews, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Follow company software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes to design, code, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
- Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis.
- Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents to provide feedback and ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with development staff to achieve quality and consistency in deliverables.
- Participate in architecture design and code reviews, offering technical insights and suggestions.
- Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
- Contribute to the successful execution of a PWC (Power Center) upgrade project.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
- Proven expertise in the following technologies:
- Informatica IDMC
- Snowflake
- Power Center upgrades
- Databases
- Unix systems
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and code reviews.
