Description:
As a NANA Shareholder intern, you will gain exposure to a wide range of technical and operational opportunities. You will also acquire critical insight into our company and our industry, as well as have the chance to develop valuable networking connections, which will help prepare and develop your skills for future career opportunities.
NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.” You must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.
Responsibilities:
- Under general supervision, performs standard and some advanced secretarial duties. Provide project support as needed and as directed by the Project and/or Program Managers.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Operate in a climate of confidentially requiring discretion.
- Maintain all efforts in Project Database as the effort moves from a developing initiative, to award, work-in-progress, completed, final payment, and closed. Update daily or as info changes.
- Research and provide information for and or write proposal submissions.
- Play varying roles in supporting or conducting an area’s ongoing business or staff meetings.
- Provide technical writing /documentation support for the following:
- Technical publications and proposals.
- Project related reports, illustrations and diagrams.
- High Level governmental correspondence.
- Managing large electronic file storage.
- Project Scheduling tools.
- Manage/use documentation depositories.
- Performs general office duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.”.
- Must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.
- Possess excellent written and oral communications skills, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using SharePoint.

Pay Range (The pay range for this job level is provided as general guidance only, and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other laws): $17.01 - $29.00 Hourly
