Key Responsibilities: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and inventory tracking. Operate and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for efficient order processing, inventory management, and tracking. Manage communication across multiple channels including phones and emails, ensuring prompt and clear communication with internal teams and clients.
Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting audits, and updating stock records as needed. Provide support in a fast-paced office setting, while coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Step into the warehouse as needed to oversee physical inventory, troubleshoot issues, and ensure orders are prepared and shipped accurately. Multitask effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
