Product Marketing Manager

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager in the FinTech industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for our products, understanding the needs of our customers, and working in close collaboration with various teams to enhance product adoption, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that distinguish our FinTech solutions in the marketplace.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including launch plans for new products and features, in collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Continuously conduct market research to comprehend customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Create and deliver marketing materials, sales tools, product guides, and training that assist the sales team in communicating the product's value to prospects and customers.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, social media, content marketing, etc.) to drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and go-to-market efforts by tracking KPIs, and providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to align on product goals and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage your skills in Confluence, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Communication, Content Marketing, Web Content, Web Page Content Writing, Marketing Communication, and Product Marketing to excel in this role.
  • Must possess expertise in Confluence, AB Testing, Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary
  • Experience in Content Marketing, Web Content, and Web Page Content Writing is required
  • Proficiency in Marketing Communication and Product Marketing is essential
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in product marketing
  • Must have a customer-focused approach for understanding the needs and perspectives of customers
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity for innovative marketing campaigns.
